There are bridges of life that connect one age or experience to another. Between being an infant and a toddler, you were a baby crawling around tasting any and everything you could find while trying to form syllables and words. After middle school there is a long four year bridge called high school you have to travel on before you reach college. How well you travel that bridge determines your academic standing once you reach college. Relationships are bridges too. We learn to love, grow to understand what we do and don’t want in a mate and make mistakes not to be repeated. Eventually that bridge will connect you to the loving relationship you were meant to be in granting you a spouse to share eternity with. We must learn life lessons from each of these bridges we travel to reach our desired destination. The bridges of life… segues transitioning us into the future.
