Puppy Love

 

Remember that feeling of newness that came with your first love? Wasn’t it just so fresh? Those butterflies in your belly fluttering around curbed your appetite. Very little sleep was had and when slumber did take over every dream involved the object of your affections. Sweat dampened the palms of your hands as you were always at a lost for words, not sure exactly how to relay your feelings. In hind sight you realize that you were more in love with being in love than you ever were with that person. Puppy love, one of life’s lovely little lessons.
